Perishable items such as fresh and frozen meat and seafood must be returned within 24 hours of delivery.

Incorrect or damaged items received.

Quality concerns with the product.

Change of mind (applicable only for non-perishable items).

3. Process for Returns:

4. Refund or Replacement:

5. Return and Exchange Shipping:

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and new shipping costs.
